HOMEGrants and private donations have enabled KIDS 4 KIDS to help many children in need. Since 1996, over 30,000 filled backpacks and 60,000 new books have been delivered to homeless children, migrant children, foster children, children living in low income housing, and abused children. representing over 75 shelters and agencies. Donations have been used to provide school supplies and backpacks to kids in shelters as well as books and materials for KIDS 4 KIDS Club member to use for their projects helping others. Your donation might be used to buy crayons for kids in hospitals or little trinkets that mean so much on holidays throughout the year. For a child who has nothing, a Valentine bag with small tokens and a card lets them know that somewhere out there, someone cares about them.Think back to your first day of school, how that new box of crayons smelled and the new book bag that held your treasured school supplies. Without your help, there is no joy for a homeless child who begins school different from their classmates as they have no school supplies. One goal of KIDS 4 KIDS to provide a new backpack filled with school supplies. In doing that, on the first day of school, a homeless child can feel just like their classmates.

The first day of school can be a day filled with promise for a child. The anticipation of a new year. New crayons, new clothing, new friends. For a homeless child the first day of school, can be filled with heartache. It is then that they are labeled by their peers as having nothing. Once identified, the stage has been set and there is no turning the clock back. Since 1996, thanks to Kids 4 Kids Inc., 30,000 homeless, abused, foster, and migrant children have started school on an even playing field with their peer. Kids 4 Kids Inc. has given these children the opportunity and the tools needed to be successful. With your help, we can spread our wings even further as we watch these needy children soar to new heights.
Sponsorship Opportunities In each category, you can choose to sponsor either homeless children, abused children, children living in foster care, migrant children, or children with special needs- like Down's Syndrome. All corporate sponsors will be listed on the Kids 4 Kids Website (www.kids4kids.org) with a link to the sponsoring corporation.
Fill-A-Backpack Campaign New backpacks are filled with age appropriate school supplies to start the school year. Each backpack is hand delivered to shelters in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach one week prior to the start of school. Sponsors are invited to join the caravan and help with the distribution. This way, you can actually put a face on donation!
Bronze Sponsorship $1,500
Sponsor 100 needy children and 100 brand new backpacks will be filled by children in Kids 4 Kids and delivered to a designated site. Stickers with the sponsor's name will be placed in all backpacks.
Silver Sponsorship $3,750
Sponsor 250 needy children and 250 brand new backpacks will be filled by children in Kids 4 Kids and delivered to a designated site. Pencils with the sponsor's name will be placed in all backpacks.
Gold Sponsorship $6,000
Sponsor 400 needy children and 400 brand new backpacks will be filled by children in Kids 4 Kids and delivered to a designated site. Pens with the sponsor's name will be placed in all backpacks.
Platinum Sponsorship $12,000 - Currently held by CSB Neighbors 4 Neighbors, AIG/VALIC, & Union Bank.
Sponsor 1,000 needy children and 1,000 brand new backpacks will be filled by children in Kids 4 Kids and delivered to a designated site. Platinum sponsor's name will also appear on post cards placed in all backpacks. Additionally, the sponsor's name and logo will appear in all newspaper advertisements.
Literacy For The New Millennium Families who read together, grow together! Often times, these families enjoy trips to the library or bookstore to keep their homes stocked with books to read. Unfortunately, the population targeted by Kids 4 Kids Inc. lacks the means to obtain books on a regular basis. This program allows every child who chooses a new backpack to choose a new book to call their own. The goal is to put a book in every child's hands.

Sponsor 500 children and they will each have the opportunity to choose their own book to go along with their backpack. Sponsor names will appear on a bookmark passed out with each book.
Silver Sponsorship $3,000
Sponsor 1,000 children and they will each have the opportunity to choose their own book to go along with their backpack. Sponsor names will appear on a bookmark passed out with each book.
Gold Sponsorship $6,000 (only one Platinum Sponsorship available)
Sponsor 3,000 children and they will each have the opportunity to choose their own book to go along with their backpack. In addition to the sponsor name appearing on the bookmarks, sole corporate sponsorship entitles the sponsor to place the company name and logo on the bookplates placed in each book.

Have a Heart For A Homeless Child: Invite employees to donate $10 to purchase a backpack for a child. Each person who participates will receive a Kids 4 Kids Button.
Holiday Gift Exchange Revisited: Instead of taking part in a gift exchange, invite employees to donate $10 to purchase a backpack or $5 to purchase a book for a child.
Make a donation in the name of your employees. Send them cards saying
"Happy Friday! As you enjoy your weekend, feel great in knowing that a homeless child will receive a new backpack in your name."
